Michael has been an associate with the firm for over 10 years and is committed to helping our clients succeed. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Michael has over 10 years of public accounting experience.
Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is experienced in providing accounting, audit, tax planning, tax preparation, and business consultation to our clients. He is committed to carrying on ethical professional values and superior customer service to clients of Spring & Company, CPAs.
