Michael G. Spring, Jr. is the founding partner of Spring and Company, CPAs. He began his career in public accounting in 1986 working for various CPA firms in the Washington Metropolitan area.
In 1993, he launched Spring and Company, CPAs. Mike leads a team of qualified CPAs and staff that bring their expertise to include, but not limited to, audit and accounting, tax, and advisory services.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University.

Arinder Singh, CPA is a partner at Spring and Company, CPAs. She joined the firm in 2011 as an associate after working at a regional CPA firm in Fairfax, VA area. She is experienced in providing accounting, audit, tax preparation, tax planning strategies, and business consultation to a variety of clients.
Arinder leads a team of qualified CPAs and staff that bring their expertise to include, but not limited to, audit and accounting, tax, and advisory services.

Carol Price joined Spring and Company, CPAs in 1997 after working ten years for several large regional CPA firms in the Washington Metropolitan area. She is currently a manager in our tax department.
Carol is responsible for the review of tax returns, as well as preparation of more complex returns, and developing tax planning strategies for a variety of clients.
Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University.

Ricka Hanson joined Spring and Company in 2002 after graduating from George Mason University magna cum laude, with a degree in Accounting. She joined the firm with over 20 years of experience working in the design/construction industry.
Ricka is responsible for providing accounting, auditing and tax services to clients. Ricka specializes in small business consulting as well as DCAA compliance.

Sharon Spring is a senior accountant and tax preparer. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Management from the University of Maine. Sharon has worked for Spring and Company, CPAs since 1995.
Sharon is skilled at small business accounting and has experience in the areas of governmental accounting and contract administration.

Maria Ayers, Administrative Assistant
Maria is our newest team member, arriving at Spring & Company, CPAs in 2017 as our receptionist, office manager, and staff accountant after taking some time to raise her children.
Maria came to the east coast after graduating from BYU Idaho with a degree in IT. She spent many years working for Ratner Companies in Tysons Corner.

Donna Jean Stevens, CPA
Donna is our newest team member, arriving at Spring & Company, CPAs in 2021. She began her career in public accounting in 1988 working for a large national accounting firm after graduating from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. In early 2000, she took some time off to raise her children and then spent the last 15 years handling accounting duties for several area businesses in a variety of industries.
Donna has extensive experience in small business accounting and the use of QuickBooks accounting software and provides support to clients in these areas.
